Salary: $23.00-$30.00 per hour + potential for overtime + benefits (after 3 months)

We are hiring for Laborers working in Fort Macleod.

This role is essential in supporting various tasks to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.

Driving license essential and ability to get to and from work reliably. Comfortable working in all weather conditions and with heavy lifting (50lb+) - this role requires manual labor. Able to use a variety of construction tools, hand tools and power tools. WHMIS.

This is a full-time role but may have opportunities for part time/temporary/casual work based on business needs.

Job Responsibilities

- Assist in the production of precast concrete wall panels, including form setup, pouring, finishing,



and stripping.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints is a plus.
- Measure, cut, assemble forms and reinforcing materials according to specifications.
- Operate basic hand / power tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Support the team in maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and senior crew members.
- Ensure the proper handling and storage of materials to prevent accidents or damage.
- Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe and organized environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
