About Taskmaster Technologies

Taskmaster Technologies Inc. is an Alberta-based industrial services company specializing in thermal spray coatings, hardfacing, precision machining, grinding, and industrial component repair. We work with customers in the oil and gas, mining, agriculture, and power generation industries.

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking General Labourer to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing a job right, and wants to develop their skills in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist production staff with daily shop activities and work assignments.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials, components, and tooling.
- Prepare parts for processing, including cleaning, masking, grinding, and surface preparation as required.
- Assist with blasting, coating, machining, and repair operations under direction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate basic shop tools and equipment once trained and authorized.
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
- Assist with receiving, shipping, material handling, and general facility upkeep.
- Support team members to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Perform other general shop duties as required.

Qualifications




- Previous industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or shop experience is an asset.
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment.
- Physically capable of performing manual labour, including lifting and moving materials.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on a variety of tasks.

Experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
