We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Grill Cook to join our vibrant food service team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for preparing high-quality meals, ensuring excellent food safety standards, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook grilled dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding areas
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations
- Serve food promptly and courteously to customers or servers
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality and safety
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation during busy hours
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines to uphold food industry standards





Qualifications

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line cook in a restaurant setting
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
- Robust understanding of meal preparation and food service operations
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Kitchen experience within the food industry is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire is advantageous
