Marketing / PR / Events MoD is seeking an experienced

Growth Marketing Manager to lead our client’s marketing function. This is a hands-on senior role combining strategic leadership with direct execution where you’ll stay involved in the day-to-day work that matters.

The role is based out ofLondon, ON (hybrid) and/or GTA (remote).

Key Responsibilities

Own their integrated growth marketing strategy, from lead generation and paid acquisition through to retention and re-engagement

Lead a multidisciplinary marketing team while remaining hands-on with strategy, execution, and continuous optimization

Build disciplined, data-driven approaches to SEO, paid search, paid social, email, and emerging AI-enabled marketing capabilities

Lead digital advertising strategy and optimization across channels

Lead SEO and lead-generation strategies

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications,



or a related field

7-10 years of progressive marketing management/leadership experience

Strong expertise in growth marketing, demand generation, and digital acquisition across organic search, paid search, paid social, and email channels

Robust hands-on knowledge of SEO, search strategy, GEO optimization, conversion rate optimization, analytics, attribution, and A/B testing

Demonstrated experience with website strategy, CMS platforms, landing pages, content strategy, and digital project leadership

Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary marketing team while remaining willing and able to step into execution when required

Salary Range:$80,000-$100,000 plus bonus
