Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Handyman/Carpenter to join our team, responsible for assisting in maintaining and repairing facilities to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will possess skills in drywall, painting, tile, maintenance, electrical and/or plumbing. Ability to work alone as well as in a team environment.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a diverse work experience, and that have proactive approach and a commitment to quality workmanship. Fluency in English and valid driver licence with clean driver abstract required. Additional training provided to right candidate.

Responsibilities

- Perform maintenance activities, including building/constructing pools & hot tubs.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
- Perform repairs on Residential & Commercial sites.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.

Skills





- Proven work experience. Excellent knowledge and use of tools.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Experience in plumbing , carpentry, forming, & tile is an asset.
- Comfortable with modern technology is an asset.
- Ability to trouble-shoot.
- Ability to detail/clean.
- Ability to interpret technical schematics, manuals, and blueprints.
- Strong customer service orientation with clear communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to industrial or manufacturing settings.

Expected hours: 38.0 – 44.0 per week
