This Project Director position oversees complex hospital developments for a leading Canadian employee-owned Tier 1 Contractor. You will guide planning, governance, and delivery across major healthcare infrastructure programmes. The work involves public-sector partners, multiple stakeholders, and sophisticated procurement models, including P3, Alliance, and Design-Build.

Key Responsibilities

Lead healthcare projects from planning through commissioning

Develop strategies aligned with client and financial objectives

Direct budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and project controls

Manage risks, commercial decisions, financing, and procurement

Lead multidisciplinary and joint venture teams

Requirements

20+ years of construction experience

10+ years in senior project leadership

Major healthcare or institutional delivery experience

Projects exceeding $1B+ and solid commercial leadership

P.Eng, PMP, or equivalent certification
