Build healthcare recruitment expertise remotely across Canada, managing pharmacy and clinical practitioner hiring for Felix with Ashby and HRIS platforms. As Felix’s Recruiter, you will manage high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmacy Assistants, and practitioner contractors. You will support Felix Pharmacy East in Ontario and Felix Pharmacy West in BC while partnering with pharmacy and clinical leaders.
The work combines regulated hiring, candidate coordination, agreements, and accurate workforce data.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for pharmacy and practitioner contractor roles
- Source licensed talent through outreach, referrals, and industry networks
- Coordinate hiring needs, screening criteria, and interview structures
- Prepare compliant employment and contractor agreements
- Administer Ashby workflows, postings, tracking, and reporting Requirements:
- Three to five-plus years recruiting in Canadian environments
- Experience recruiting licensed or regulated healthcare professionals
- Working knowledge of provincial pharmacy licensure requirements
- Hands-on Ashby and contemporary HRIS experience
