HOSPITALITY TECHNICAL DRAFTER (Commercial Kitchen & Bar)

We are seeking a Hospitality Technical Drafter with strong Revit expertise to join our team! This entry-level opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate of an accredited Architectural Technology or Engineering Technology program who is ready to put their advanced Revit skills to work and build a career in Food Service Consulting.

Revit proficiency is essential. Our ideal candidate will have a strong command of Revit and the ability to produce accurate, coordinated technical drawings and documentation. A keen interest in hospitality design, food service planning, and the technical delivery of projects is key.

Experience with a design agency or within the food service industry is considered an asset. Above all, we’re looking for someone with a strong technical foundation, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine drive to learn and grow within the industry.

As a Hospitality Technical Drafter, you would:

- Work closely with the Hospitality team members to design innovative Food Service solutions for a variety of projects through all phases of the project (from concept through to opening day)
- Collaborate and coordinate design details with other design disciplines including architectural, engineering, interior design, and graphic design




- Develop strong AutoCAD and Revit packages to be shared with design team, consultants, and clients
- Become a member of Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI) and work towards achieving FCSI professional member status, as supported by smart_
- Be highly organized and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in design or architectural / engineering technology
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- A general understanding of construction drawing packages and specs
- Ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands and changes
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented team environment
