We have an exciting career opportunity for a talented hospitality skilled with a passion for quality and hospitality. The Deep Cleaning Specialist is responsible for performing comprehensive, detail-oriented cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and designated public areas to ensure the property consistently meets established standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.

Unlike routine housekeeping, this role focuses on intensive cleaning and the maintenance of areas that require additional time, specialized equipment, and a higher level of attention to detail. Responsibilities include deep cleaning carpets and mattresses, removing and cleaning curtains, detailing furniture and fixtures, and addressing hard-to-reach and frequently overlooked areas throughout the property.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and maintaining a clean, comfortable, and well-presented environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform thorough deep cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and designated public areas, ensuring all spaces meet established cleanliness and presentation standards including walls and windows.
- Detail-clean hard-to-reach and frequently overlooked areas, including corners, baseboards, vents, fixtures, furniture, and spaces beneath and behind furnishings.
- Shampoo and extract carpets, mattresses,



and upholstered furniture using appropriate cleaning products and specialized equipment.
- Remove curtains and drapes for cleaning and ensure proper reinstallation upon completion.
- Deep clean bathroom surfaces, including tiles, grout, shower enclosures, tubs, toilets, sinks, and fixtures.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely, following established procedures for the proper use of chemicals and supplies.
- Identify and report maintenance concerns, damaged furnishings, and areas requiring additional attention.
- Complete assigned deep cleaning tasks according to established schedules, checklists, and quality standards while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail.

Skills Required:

- Ability to lift up to 30-40 lbs, be on your feet all day, be able to physically meet the demands of the position - kneeling, squatting, lifting, reaching, standing, pushing, scrubbing
- An ability to clearly communicate verbally in English with guests and colleagues
- Be customer focused, always taking time to assist guests as needed
