Job Summary

Red Cedar Wellness & Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our Commercial Cleaning Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for turn over cleans, restocking, reporting damages, and the complete orderliness of guest rooms, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all visitors. This role requires attention to detail, physical speed, and ability to work independently while following the company protocols and procedures.

Prospective hires will be joining a high- end hospitality services provider that maintains a clean status rating across multiple booking platforms. Previous experience working within a remote management model is preferred but not mandatory as orientation will be provided. The selected Subcontractor-Candidate will be keen and willing to move up to Team Lead in a short period of time.

Hours are between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm, although dates and number of hours are determined by the booking schedule and vary in the off season.

Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, launder linens, make beds,



replenish supplies + send pics to Team Lead when required.
- Perform Service Calls when required, such as returning misplaced room keys or delivering supplies to guest doors.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and according to established standards and checklists.
- Promptly answer Team Lead calls
- Report maintenance issues to Team Lead promptly
- Follow proper procedures for handling linens, cleaning chemicals, and equipment

Requirements

- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or residential cleaning.
- Robust organization+ communication skills + cell phone aptitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to follow directives in a scaled and very fluid guest facing operation
