Location: 125 Lakeshore Rd E, Oakville, ON L6J 1H3. In person.

Permanent, full time: 30 hours per week. Pay: CAD $57.69 per hour.

CITIA is hiring a Human Resources Manager to plan and manage HR activities supporting its technology, innovation and training programs.

Responsibilities

- Plan and direct recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and staff development.
- Develop HR policies, compensation practices and performance review procedures.
- Coordinate staffing plans and HR budgets with management and program leads.
- Manage personnel records and oversee payroll and benefits coordination.
- Advise managers on employment standards, workplace policies and employee issues.
- Oversee HR service providers and report on staffing and HR performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources,



business administration, management, social sciences or a related field.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience, including responsibility for coordinating or managing HR activities.
- English, Mandarin and Cantonese are required.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations and Ontario employment standards.
- Ability to handle confidential records and communicate clearly with staff and management.
