Human Resources Manager Un Monde International Ltd.

Location: Burlington, ON L7R 4B8. On site; no work from home option.

Employment: Full-time, permanent. Day schedule.

Hours: 30 hours per week.

Salary: CAD $90,000–$105,000 annually, to be negotiated.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
- English, Mandarin and Cantonese are required. Proficiency in both Mandarin and Cantonese is essential for this position.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization’s goals
- Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Plan,



develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Manage training and development strategies

- Advise senior management
- Respond to employee questions and complaints

- Oversee payroll administration

- Recruit and hire staff

- Conduct performance reviews
