Permanent, full time. 30–40 hours per week.

Pay: CAD $58–$68 per hour, depending on qualifications and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, direct and evaluate the company’s human resources activities.
- Develop staffing plans and HR policies for teaching, academic, technical and operating roles.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employment records and employee-relations processes.
- Plan and administer compensation, performance review, training and staff-development practices.
- Advise managers on employment standards and workplace policies, coordinating professional advice where necessary.
- Direct HR work,



maintain confidential personnel records and report staffing needs and HR measures to management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Relevant human resources experience, including responsibility for HR processes, staffing and advising managers. CHRP or CHRL is an asset.
- English, Mandarin and Cantonese are required. Proficiency in both Mandarin and Cantonese is essential for this position.
