HVAC Sales Representative – In-Home Sales

Bison Air Inc. is hiring one experienced HVAC sales professional to close company-provided leads. Meet homeowners, assess their heating and cooling needs, recommend suitable HVAC solutions, prepare proposals, follow up, and close sales.

COMPENSATION

Commission-only, with no base salary. Expected annual commission earnings: CA$40,000–CA$90,000 depending on sales performance; earnings are not guaranteed. Commission rate and calculation terms will be agreed based on the candidate’s experience and demonstrated HVAC sales results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Attend in-home consultations from company-provided leads in the Vaughan operating area.
- Explain suitable heating and cooling options clearly and accurately.
- Prepare quotes, address customer questions, follow up promptly, and close sales within company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate customer, quote, follow-up, and sales records.
- Coordinate with the technical and installation team for a smooth customer handover.
- Build trust through professional, honest communication and reliable follow-through.

REQUIRED
- Previous HVAC sales experience, including in-home consultations and closing sales.
- Proof of successful HVAC sales: examples of sales results, closing rates, targets achieved, or professional references. Do not submit confidential customer information.
- Knowledge of residential HVAC systems and the ability to explain options to homeowners.
- Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and follow-up skills.




- A valid driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle for customer appointments.
- Ability to travel regularly in the operating area and work in a commission-only sales role.

PREFERRED
- G2 Gas Technician licence preferred, not required.
- Languages in addition to English are an asset. Tell us which languages you speak.
