Our goal is committed to excellence in all aspects of patient care and dentistry which is why we need to hire a rock-star Hygiene Coordinator. Knowledge in Tracker Software is an asset but not a necessity. Because this role is so significant, a minimum 1 year of dental experience is a must.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily administrative tasks including data entry with a main focus & priority on hygiene schedule.




- Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk and via multi-line phone systems.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Support team members in various clerical duties to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist hygiene team with treatment, managing appointments, coordinating and following up with patients, insurance and pre-authorizations

Compensation

- $25 - $35 Dental Administrator/ Hygiene Coordinator
