TCI Partners Inc. is seeking motivated, results-driven Immigration Caseworkers to join our growing team.

We are looking for individuals who understand the Canadian immigration industry, have experience preparing and managing immigration applications, or possess a strong background in sales, business development, and client conversion.

The ideal candidate will be confident in client communication, capable of managing multiple responsibilities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented professional environment.

Duties

- Communicate with prospective and existing clients regarding immigration-related services, appointments, documentation, and application progress.
- Engage with incoming leads and conduct outbound follow-ups to convert prospective clients into consultations and retained clients.
- Coordinate client onboarding, document collection, and application preparation.
- Assist with the preparation, organization, and submission of immigration applications under the supervision of authorized immigration professionals.
- Maintain accurate client records, case files, CRM updates, and application tracking systems.
- Coordinate with Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) to facilitate effective case processing and client communication.
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding documents, payments, deadlines, and application requirements.
- Support business development, client relationship management, and sales conversion objectives.




- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Applicants must possess at least ONE of the following:

- Canadian Immigration Industry Knowledge: Previous professional experience or a sound understanding of Canadian immigration programs, processes, and procedures.
- Immigration Application Filing Experience: Hands-on experience preparing or processing applications involving work permits, study permits, permanent residence, Express Entry, PNPs, or other Canadian immigration programs.
- Extensive Sales Experience: A demonstrated background in sales, business development, lead conversion, or client acquisition, preferably in a target-driven, consultative sales environment

Additional Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up abilities.
- Confidence in handling client inquiries, objections, and professional conversations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while meeting performance expectations.
- Proficiency with computers, email, CRM platforms, and office applications.
- Professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to client confidentiality.

Candidates with extensive sales experience but limited immigration knowledge are encouraged to apply, provided they demonstrate strong learning abilities and client management skills. Pay: $3,000.00-$6,000.00 per month
