About Us

Vault 88 is a growing women’s fashion boutique located in Falkland, BC. We carry a curated selection of trendy, stylish clothing, denim, accessories, and popular fashion brands.

We are looking for a creative, motivated, and fashion-loving individual to join our team as an In-Store Social Media & Content Creator.

This position is ideal for someone who loves fashion, enjoys creating engaging content, understands social media trends, and has a natural ability to showcase clothing and products in an exciting way.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Film, edit, and post Reels, TikToks, stories, and promotional videos.
- Take high-quality photos and videos of clothing, accessories, new arrivals, and store displays.
- Develop creative ideas to showcase new collections, sales, promotions, and featured products.
- Style outfits and put together fashion looks for social media content.
- Be comfortable appearing in videos or working with others to create content.
- Maintain a consistent and professional social media presence that reflects the Vault 88 brand.
- Stay current with fashion trends, viral content, and social media strategies.
- Help increase brand awareness, customer engagement, online sales, and foot traffic to the boutique.
- Assist with planning social media campaigns, giveaways, and special promotions.
- Monitor social media engagement and help respond to customer questions and messages.
- Work alongside the owners to develop and implement creative marketing ideas.




- Assist with occasional in-store retail duties when needed.

What We’re Looking For
- Someone who is genuinely passionate about fashion and social media.
- Creative, outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident.
- Experience creating Instagram Reels, TikToks, and other short-form video content.
- Strong photography, video editing, and content creation skills.
- Familiarity with editing apps such as CapCut, Canva, or similar programs.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a retail boutique environment.
- Ability to consistently come up with fresh content ideas without needing constant direction.
- Previous social media, marketing, or content creation experience is an asset.

Important: This is an in-person position at our Falkland, BC boutique. It is not a remote social media management position.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30.0 per week
