Cloverdale Village Early Learning Centre is seeking a caring, reliable, and dedicated Infant/Toddler Educator (ITE) to join our team for a temporary contract position from November 2nd, 2026 to December 18th, 2026.

We are looking for an enthusiastic educator who is passionate about early childhood development and committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning setting for infants and toddlers.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide a safe, supportive, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities.
- Support children's daily routines, including feeding, diapering, nap time, and outdoor play.
- Maintain positive and professional communication with families and team members.
- Observe and document children's development and daily activities.
- Follow BC Child Care Licensing Regulations and centre policies.
- Work collaboratively with other educators to maintain a positive classroom environment.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid BC Infant/Toddler Educator (ITE)



Certificate – Required
- Valid Emergency Child Care First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Criminal Record Check
- Experience working with infants and toddlers preferred
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, flexible, and professional attitude

Compensation
- Base hourly wage: $23.00–$24.00, depending on qualifications and experience
- Additional $6.00/hour BC ECE Wage Enhancement, subject to eligibility

Contract Details This is a fixed-term contract position beginning in November 2nd, 2026 and ending on December 18, 2026.

The position is temporary and is not guaranteed to continue beyond the contract end date.
