Position Role Description:

Provides on-site desktop, device and peripheral support at County facilities, including deployments, repairs and user assistance. Leads complex work with minimal supervision; advises County ITS leadership, sets technical direction and mentors the team. Leads deployment projects and refreshes, coordinates site technicians and sets desktop and field support standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Deploy, configure, repair and replace desktops, laptops, tablets, phones and peripherals
- Image and set up Windows 11 Enterprise devices and install standard software
- Support meeting rooms, printers, audiovisual and mobile devices at County sites
- Resolve in office incidents and escalate network or server issues
- Maintain asset inventory,



labeling and disposal records

Minimum Qualifications

- 8+ Years of Experience.
- Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent experience. Hands-on desktop and end-user device support.
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel between County sites and lift standard equipment.

Preferred Certifications and Credentials:

- CompTIA A+; ITIL 4 Foundation; Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator

Technology Alignment: Windows 11 Enterprise, Microsoft 365, Intune MDM (iOS and Windows), Microsoft Defender, Active Directory/Entra ID, ITSM ticketing tool
