This is a post within our subsidiary IREKS North America in Brampton.

YOUR TASKS

- Answer customer inquiries including reception
- Process orders and creating invoices; send the invoices & spec sheets to the customers
- Prepare custom documentations for exporting
- Support the sales team via data entry and customer interaction
- Prepare customer proposals and preparation for tradeshows/marketing events
- Establish annual marketing requirements and activities with the local sales department and coordinate the implementation of the marketing strategy together with HO in Germany
- Prepare marketing briefings for marketing and POS materials, customer events and trade shows




- Formulate and execute social media strategy incl. content and postings together with HO in Germany
- Perform annual evaluation on marketing activities to identify improvement areas
- Work closely with the sales managers within the sales team to ensure efficient and high customer service levels. Also work well with other teams of the company such as warehouse, production, purchasing and accounting.

YOUR PROFILE

- Minimum three years relevant working experience
- Understanding of customs process
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook); knowledge of Syspro is an asset
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Multitask with robust attention to details and accuracy
- Ability to work within a team as well as with minimal supervision
- Bi-lingual French/English is an asset
