The Business Analyst is a key member of the Training Team, responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the River Class Training Centre Management System to support the delivery of high-quality naval training programs. The River Class Training Centre is more than a recent facility; it is the foundation of a training enterprise being established to generate and sustain workforce readiness throughout the lifecycle of the River Class program.

Working closely with leaders, instructors, support staff, and stakeholders across the organization, the Business Analyst translates strategic objectives, operational requirements, customer expectations, and Irving Management System principles into practical business processes, governance frameworks, management systems, performance measures, and supporting business-system requirements. By connecting people, processes, systems, governance, and performance, the role helps create an integrated operating model that enables the Training Centre to plan, govern, execute, measure, and continuously improve its operations.

During the activation phase of the Training Centre,



the Business Analyst supports the development and implementation of processes, controls, and management systems required to establish and sustain operations. As the Training Centre evolves, the role identifies opportunities to improve performance, strengthen governance, and enhance the effectiveness of training and business operations, ensuring the organization can learn, adapt, and continuously improve over time.
