International Sales & Business Development Representative

Compensation: Base pay of $21 per hour + commission

Starting with 10 hours a week Grow to full time

ROC Citizenship Canada is seeking a sales qualified with an established international network to connect prospective clients with immigration services for international study, skilled professionals and business immigration pathways.

Your responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through your existing international contacts.
- Connect with prospective international students, skilled professionals, business owners and entrepreneurs.
- Develop referral relationships with education consultants, professional associations and international business networks.
- Introduce our services and coordinate eligibility assessments with our immigration advisory team.
- Manage inquiries, follow-ups and client relationships through to engagement.
- Meet agreed sales targets and maintain accurate client records.

What we’re looking for
- An active international network you can bring to the company and engage from the outset.
- Experience in sales, business development,



international education, recruitment or immigration services.
- Strong communication, networking and closing skills.
- The ability to work independently and build relationships across cultures.
- Based in Toronto and available for meetings.
- Additional languages are an asset.
