As a key member of our Grain & Bulk Division, you are the crucial link connecting agricultural producers and suppliers across western Canada and the US Midwest. We value your dedication, respect your time, and pay you for the expertise you bring to the road.

TOP-TIER MILEAGE PAY & EXTRA COMPENSATION

Get paid fairly for every mile and every hour you spend supporting our agricultural routes!

- Mileage Rate: $0.50 – $0.56 per mile (based on experience)
- Layover Pay: Clear layover compensation when you're resting between loads.
- Paid Onboarding & Training: We invest in your success from day one.
- Secure Driver Cash Bonus: Extra rewards for clean inspections and maintaining high safety standards.

THE ROUTE & REGION (6 TO 8 DAY TRIPS) Enjoy consistent 6-8 day runs with manageable home-time intervals.

- Coverage Areas: Saskatchewan, North Dakota, Minnesota, & South Dakota
- Equipment: Hopper Bottoms & Walking Floor Trailers (Experience is an asset!)

WHAT MAKES AN IDEAL BULK AMBASSADOR?

- Driving Experience: Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience in Canada and the US.
- Legal Requirements: Authorized to work in Canada and eligible for cross-border entry into the US for work purposes (US B1/B2 Visa, PR, or Canadian Citizenship).
- Trailer Knowledge: Experience pulling hopper bottoms and/or walking floor trailers is a big plus!
- Work Ethic: Comfortable with 6–8 day road trips and committed to safely representing the White River brand.
