Education, Experience, and Certifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

- Valid Class 5 license
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited Canadian university
- Registered or eligible for registration with Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba (EGM)

DESIRED SKILLS
- 0–3 years of experience in Municipal/Civil Engineering
- Strong teamwork skills as well as the ability to work alone
- Excellent technical writing, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
- Beneficial experience includes proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of municipal approvals and regulations
- Practice comprehending information from engineering drawings

WHAT YOU'LL DO

PROJECT EXPOSURE

- Stormwater and wastewater management
- Domestic lagoons
- Drainage and grading planning (calculation and design)
- Sewer and water servicing design and replacement
- Land development





FIELD & CONSTRUCTION
- On-site construction administration, inspections, and quality assurance
- Site inspection with Lidar drones
- Coordinating external services with sub-contractors

CLIENT & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
- Establish and maintain long‐term personal relationships with contractors, developers, municipal and provincial agencies
- Build knowledge across a multidisciplinary range of project types.
- Develop the practical and qualified skills needed to grow within the team
