We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Helper/Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role involves assisting with food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly according to recipes and quality standards
- Cook menu items efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing workstations, and disposing of waste properly
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene standards
- Support serving staff by preparing ingredients or assisting with plating when needed
- Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment




- Restock supplies and ingredients as necessary to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality food service and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and good communication abilities
- Basic understanding of serving protocols and meal presentation
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving kitchen needs
- Food handling certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus
