Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping team in delivering high-quality outdoor maintenance and construction services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of horticulture, irrigation, and landscape maintenance, and the ability to oversee multiple projects efficiently. Duties

- Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, trimming, planting, and pruning
- Oversee landscape construction projects such as installing hardscapes, irrigation systems, and garden features
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies
- Manage team schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure timely project completion
- Conduct quality inspections of work sites and finished projects to meet client expectations
- Provide guidance and training to crew members on horticultural practices, equipment operation, and safety procedures




- Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Maintain equipment inventory and ensure proper maintenance of tools and machinery

Experience

- Proven supervisory experience in landscape maintenance or construction environments
- Robust knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening techniques, horticulture principles, and landscape design
- Experience with landscape installation, including hardscape and softscape elements
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Construction experience is a plus, especially in outdoor project execution
- Familiarity with safety regulations related to landscaping operations is essential

This position requires a dedicated professional capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality. Candidates should demonstrate leadership qualities, technical expertise in landscaping disciplines, and a proactive approach to team management. Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
