Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundromat Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the laundromat, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and has a passion for providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Previous hotel experience, laundry skills, and cleaning expertise are considered valuable assets for this position.

Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor laundry machines to ensure proper functioning and efficiency
- Assist customers with machine operation and answer any questions they may have
- Maintain cleanliness of the laundromat, including folding and organizing laundry areas
- Perform routine cleaning of equipment, floors, and customer areas to uphold hygiene standards
- Restock supplies such as detergents, fabric softeners,



and change machines as needed
- Ensure safety protocols are followed to prevent accidents or equipment malfunctions
- Handle cash transactions accurately if applicable and maintain a tidy work setting

Skills

- Previous hotel experience or familiarity with laundry services is a plus
- Strong knowledge of laundry procedures and cleaning techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
