Advise First
Nations governments and organizations on legal matters, including governance and treaty issues Draft agreements, policies, and legal opinions for Indigenous community clients Build and maintain long-term relationships with First Nations clients Collaborate with colleagues across related practice areas (lands, resources, litigation) 5+ years of experience in Indigenous law or a closely related field ~ Genuine interest in and sensitivity to working with Indigenous communities ~ Solid drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills ~ Willingness to travel to community meetings as required #
