Domtar in Port Alberni, BC, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead hourly production crews in a unionized manufacturing workplace. You will manage safety, quality, scheduling and performance to meet daily production targets while coaching team members and ensuring compliance with procedures.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial manufacturing and 3+ years of supervisory leadership, with post-secondary education as an asset.
