Optimize PCL’s learning management system in Edmonton through stakeholder engagement, learner-focused support, and robust analytical skills. This six-month contract may be extended. As a Learning and Development Specialist with PCL Constructors Inc., you will support learning infrastructure across the organization.
The work includes managing learning objects, improving system access, documenting processes, and supporting change activities. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders while responding to evolving organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance learner experience through LMS improvements
- Manage learning objects with PCL stakeholders
- Validate system data against business requirements
- Document learning infrastructure standards and processes
- Support audits, reporting, training, and change management Requirements:
- Relevant post-secondary training or equivalent work experience
- Three years of progressive related-field experience
- Strong stakeholder relationship-building and collaboration skills
- Learner-focused approach to LMS utilization
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects independently Support PCL’s learning infrastructure through LMS management, stakeholder collaboration, accurate data, and learner-focused process improvement.
