This Leasing Professional coordinates marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to support occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages. The Tuesday-Saturday schedule runs from 9am-6pm, subject to business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Qualify prospects and conduct community tours
- Process applications, screenings, leases, and move-ins
- Inspect apartments and coordinate outstanding maintenance items
- Implement marketing plans, referrals, and employer outreach
- Prepare and execute resident lease renewals

Requirements:

- One to two years of leasing experience
- Customer service orientation or leasing background preferred
- Lease-up, Yardi7s, CRM, or SNAPPT experience preferred
- Required state and local licenses or certifications
- Valid driver's license for golf cart operation
