Westdale Properties is searching for an enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our residential property management team in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Leasing Agent, you'll play an important role in helping prospective residents find their next home while ensuring an exceptional leasing experience from start to finish.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Be the face of our communities! Welcome prospective residents, showcase available apartments, and conduct engaging property tours.
- Turn inquiries into opportunities! Respond professionally and promptly to prospective residents through phone calls, emails, and online rental platforms.
- Make the leasing process seamless! Guide applicants through the application, approval, and lease-signing process.
- Stay organized and on top of things! Maintain accurate leasing records, schedules, documentation, and resident files.
- Help us reach our goals! Work toward leasing targets and support strong occupancy levels throughout our portfolio.
- Know the market! Stay informed about rental trends, competitor pricing, and available inventory.
- Work as part of a team! Collaborate with maintenance staff, resident managers,



and management to ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
- Build lasting relationships! Deliver outstanding customer service and create positive experiences for both prospective and existing residents.
- Bring fresh ideas! Assist with advertising, marketing initiatives, and creative ways to attract prospective residents.

Experience: Ideally, you'll bring 2–5 years of experience in residential leasing, property management, sales, or customer service. No direct leasing experience? Don't count yourself out!
