We are seeking a talented and personable Licensed Hairstylist to join our team on a part-time basis, working Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Responsibilities

- Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling tailored to client preferences
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and understanding client needs
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work stations and tools in compliance with health regulations
- Upsell salon products and retail items to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding service options, aftercare advice,



and product recommendations
- Assist in maintaining an organized and attractive salon environment to ensure a positive client experience

Qualifications

- Valid Ontario Hairstylist Licence (332A)
- Proven experience in hair styling, cutting, coloring, and finishing techniques
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
- Excellent communication skills for effective client consultations and team collaboration
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures within a salon setting
- Ability to upsell products naturally while focusing on client needs
- Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is preferred but not required
- Professional appearance with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude
