The Capacity Program Advisor at Law Society of Ontario oversees the capacity-related processes, policies, training and evaluation to address licensee health issues and incapacity in a manner aligned with the public interest.

The role acts as a strategic resource for Professional Regulation, promotes cooperative approaches, conducts outreach with OLAP, OBA/CBA and Homewood, and develops education materials and resources for ongoing program improvement.
