Caesar’s Steak House is seeking accomplished, passionate servers to join the Lounge service team at our Downtown location. We are looking for hospitality professionals who take pride in exceptional fine dining service and share our determination to be among the best.

Our servers combine technical skill with warmth, confidence and discretion. They understand the nuances of fine dining service—from precise pacing and knowledgeable recommendations to reading a table and building genuine rapport. Their goal is to deliver a seamless, memorable experience that makes each guest feel exceptionally well cared for.
Qualified candidates will demonstrate:
- Proven serving experience in a fine dining environment, with a strong command of service standards and etiquette.
- Extensive knowledge of food, wine and cocktails, and a commitment to continued learning.
- Exceptional attention to detail, timing and presentation.
- The ability to anticipate guests’ needs and remain composed during a busy service.
- An engaging personality, refined communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Professionalism, integrity and respect for guests and colleagues.
- A strong team mentality and the drive to consistently perform at the highest level.
- Basic computer skills and fluency in English.
