Estimated salary range: $125,000–$140,000 per year. Eligible permanent full-time and part-time employees may receive an annual bonus, leave of absence top-up programs, vacation time, personal days, benefits, and a pension plan. Responsibilities

and machine learning to solve business problems and identify insights. Communicate analysis findings and technical concepts to technical and business stakeholders. Collaborate with analytics, development, operations, and other cross-functional teams. Qualifications

Master’s or PhD in machine learning, computer science, statistics, operations research, mathematics, or a related quantitative field. More than five years of relevant research experience with a publication record. Knowledge of statistical and machine learning models, particularly interpretability and fairness analysis. Strong Python and SQL programming skills, experience with current cloud ML technologies, reproducible code, and version control. Knowledge of the Agile development cycle.
