Maintenance Person Wanted — Real Estate Company

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on maintenance person to help keep our properties well maintained. If you have experience with general repairs and take pride in quality work, we’d like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

· Carry out general property maintenance and minor repairs.

· Complete painting, patching, caulking and basic carpentry tasks.

· Help prepare apartments for current tenants.

· Identify maintenance issues and communicate repair needs.

· Keep work areas clean and follow safe work practices.

What We’re Looking For

· Experience in property maintenance or general repairs.

· Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

· Dependability and the ability to work independently.





· Professional, respectful communication with tenants and team members.

· Sound judgment about when a repair requires a qualified tradesperson.

Location: Montreal and surrounding

Schedule: Monday to Friday
