Capital Commercial is a leading commercial real estate service provider in Manitoba. We are currently seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist to work in our offices at 570 Portage Avenue in Winnipeg, MB.
Our Marketing Specialist is primarily responsible for providing marketing support to various departments. We are looking for an individual who is efficient, well-organized and comfortable being a member of a team. The ideal candidate is resourceful, has strong attention to detail, is a functional problem solver, and can work in a rapid-paced office environment. Ultimately, the successful candidate will ensure our marketing department's efficient and smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in marketing or communications. Priority will be given to those who have completed the Creative Communications program at Red River College.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A creative eye with excellent attention to detail.
- Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Supporting and collaborating with the marketing manager, various sales teams and administrative staff
- Creating marketing materials which include brochures, sale packages, advertisements, and research reports
- Coordinating various social media accounts
- Managing and updating the company website
- Creation and distribution of email campaigns
- Assist in the planning of client and company events
- Various research reports within the commercial real estate market
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
