JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Supervisor to oversee marketing activities and promote the company's hospitality services. The Successful candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies to attract current customers, increase revenue, strengthen brand awareness, and improve customer engagement.

The ideal candidate should have experience in hospitality marketing, strong leadership skills, and the ability to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.

SALARY: 150,000

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum of HND/BSC in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or any related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing,



social media management, promotional strategies.
- Ability to develop marketing plans ad achieve business targets.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company's hospitality services.
- Supervise the marketing team and ensure the achievement of marketing targets.
- Promote the company's services, including accommodation, restaurant, events, and other hospitality offering, as applicable.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to attract potential customers.
