We are seeking a skilled and dependable Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a variety of automobiles to ensure optimal operational performance. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on automobiles
- Diagnose mechanical issues using appropriate tools and techniques
- Repair or replace faulty components, including belts, gears, motors, and hydraulic systems
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete maintenance tasks
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
- Assist with installation of new equipment and machinery upgrades
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems quickly and efficiently
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.
- Experience with power tools including drills, grinders, and pneumatic tools is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining safety protocols
- Good communication skills for documenting work and collaborating with team members
- Prior experience in industrial or automotive repair is a plus
