You will lead electricians and apprentices, ensuring protected, reliable operation and driving maintenance planning and reliability enhancements. The role reports to the Mill Maintenance General Foreman and requires 5+ years of mining electrical experience, 2+ years in a lead capacity, and strong knowledge of MCCs, VFDs, PLCs, and control systems.
