Manager and Executive Assistant, you will manage competing requests, coordinate meetings across time zones, and organize external engagements. You will also establish office operations, support visitors and events, and coordinate with AMI Labs colleagues globally. This broad role suits someone organized, resourceful, discreet, and comfortable creating processes where none exist. Your work will help make Montreal a dependable home base for the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the co-founder’s calendar and prioritize competing requests
- Coordinate travel, itineraries, expenses, and meeting logistics
- Run office operations, supplies, vendors,
and building relationships
- Welcome candidates, visitors, guests, and new hires thoughtfully
- Build processes supporting meetings, events, onboarding, and workplace programs Requirements:
