YourBack is a well-established, multidisciplinary healthcare clinic with a welcoming, patient-focused team. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing practice two days per week (Tuesdays and Fridays, 8am-6pm, one Saturday a month).

This is an opportunity to become an important part of a collaborative healthcare team, supporting the day-to-day operations of our clinic and helping create a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service
- Managing front-desk reception and general administrative responsibilities
- Booking and coordinating appointments in person, by phone, and online
- Processing payments and managing patient transactions
- Supporting scheduling and communication across our multidisciplinary team
- Ordering clinic supplies and materials as needed
- Maintaining an organized, professional, and welcoming reception area
- Learning clinic systems and procedures through training

Skills and Qualifications We are looking for someone who is:

- Friendly, personable, and comfortable interacting with patients
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable




- Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy workplace
- Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and payment systems
- Professional and confident communicating in person and over the phone
- Able to use good judgment, solve problems, and work independently
- A team player who enjoys contributing to a positive workplace

Previous reception or administrative experience is an asset. Training will be provided for clinic-specific systems and procedures. Why Join Us?
