About TAC Sports

Toronto Athletic Camps (TAC Sports) is a GTA-based youth development organization offering Sports, Swim, STEAM, and leadership programs for children and teens. Through camps and year-round programs, TAC Sports focuses on developing skills, confidence, leadership, and personal growth in a positive and supportive workplace.

Responsibilities

- Lead engaging multi sport training sessions for youth players
- Teach fundamental sport skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship
- Create a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff
- Set up and organize drills, games, and equipment

Qualifications

- Vulnerable sector check & First Aid CPR (get priority interviews)
- Experience playing or coaching multiple sports (youth experience preferred)
- Passion for working with children and youth




- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable, energetic, and positive attitude
- Coaching certifications are an asset (not required)
