YOUR ROLE Do you want to work in an environment where your expertise is truly valued and take on a variety of technical challenges?

Do you enjoy working directly with clients and becoming their trusted advisor for IT projects?

We’re looking for someone like you to:

- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and advise them on their IT projects.
- Act as a key technical resource to recommend and implement scalable solutions tailored to clients’ needs and budgets.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, both on-site and remotely.
- Deploy, migrate and enhance network and system infrastructures.
- Protect client data and ensure the security of their IT environments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver comprehensive, high-quality solutions.
- Actively contribute to projects and team meetings by sharing your expertise.
- Help achieve company goals while continuing to develop your professional skills.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Experience in an MSP or multi-client environment.
- Strong experience in network infrastructure and security (firewalls, routing, VPN, VLAN, QoS, fibre optics, Wi-Fi).
- Solid knowledge of VMware (vCenter, vSphere) and storage solutions (NAS, SAN, vSAN).
- Experience with Windows Server (2012 R2 to 2022).
- Experience with backup and replication solutions (Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS).
- Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written).
- Excellent ability to build and maintain solid client relationships.
- Strong ability to explain technical concepts in clear, simple terms.
- Valid driver’s licence and availability for occasional travel to client sites.
