Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth overnight operations, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining the hotel’s standards during the late-night hours. Responsibilities

- Check guests in and out efficiently while ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with courtesy and promptness.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to assist guests and coordinate with other hotel departments.
- Prepare nightly reports, reconcile accounts, and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Monitor security and safety protocols throughout the hotel premises during overnight hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.




- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, reservations, and updating guest information.
- Provide guest services including concierge assistance, local recommendations, and support for special requests.

Skills

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Previous experience in front desk or hotel operations preferred; hospitality background is a plus.
- Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
