Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday nights, 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.
Home Away Inn is seeking a dependable Night Duty Manager to oversee overnight operations and provide friendly, professional service to our residents. Our property focuses on monthly and extended stays, offering a comfortable, welcoming workplace for people working and living in the area.
Responsibilities
· Take responsibility for the property during the overnight shift.
· Assist residents with questions, requests, and concerns.
· Handle scheduled arrivals, departures, and overnight telephone inquiries.
· Conduct regular property checks and help maintain a quiet, secure environment.
· Respond appropriately to emergencies, disturbances, and maintenance concerns.
· Keep accurate shift notes and communicate outstanding issues to management.
· Complete basic administrative tasks and light cleaning of common areas as needed.
What we are looking for
· A reliable, punctual person who is comfortable working independently overnight.
· Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· A calm, professional approach to difficult situations.
· Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
· Availability for the full Tuesday-to-Saturday overnight schedule.
· Previous hotel, residential property, security, or supervisory experience is an asset.
