Duties

- Prepare and assemble a variety of dishes with precision, including signature teriyaki dishes and a wide selection of freshly made donuts.
- Decorate cakes and desserts with artistic flair to delight customers and elevate presentation.
- Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, mixing, frying, baking, and packaging food items efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering strictly to food safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Assist in food handling procedures to ensure proper storage, labeling,



and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
- Support the team during busy hours by managing multiple responsibilities with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, baking, or restaurant settings with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Skilled in cake decorating and creating visually appealing desserts that wow customers.
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Kitchen experience including cooking techniques, food industry standards, and packaging processes.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with team members and serve customers effectively.
