We are a growing landscaping contractor specializing in commercial, civil, and high-end exterior projects. We take pride in delivering top-tier architectural concrete, structural elements, and landscape packages. We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Site Superintendent / Field Coordinator to take full ownership of site operations, crew management, and field communication with General Contractors.

What You’ll Do

- Field Management: Oversee daily field operations, direct field crews and sub-trades, and maintain high standards of quality control to eliminate rework.

- GC & Client Coordination: Serve as the primary in office point of contact for General Contractors, site meetings, submittals, and schedule alignments.

- Look-Ahead Scheduling: Plan 2-week look-aheads for manpower, equipment, and material deliveries to ensure seamless project execution.

- Project Oversight: Read and interpret architectural blueprints, structural drawings, and grading/civil plans.

- Safety & Compliance: Enforce site safety protocols, tool/equipment maintenance, and daily log reporting.

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
