Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Ophthalmic Technician/Administrator to join our team at TriCity Eye Care in Kitchener. This role is vital in supporting our administrative operations and ensuring accurate data management to help us deliver exceptional eye care services.

Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain patient records using various database systems.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Organize and file documents to ensure easy retrieval.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.




- Collaborate with team members to streamline office procedures.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience with office administration and data entry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, databases, and computer skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Oscar EMR systems is a plus.
- Typing speed and accuracy are essential.
- Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred.
